The totality process is straightforward.  We start with a meeting to discuss your priorities for IT and your business.  Then we run an IT audit so that we can understand your IT as it is now.  Finally we discuss with you our audit report and any recommendations arising and it is your decision what we do next.  

totality is nothing if not flexible:   it can be a monthly, quarterly or annual contract.  You can have a minimum support level and pay additional charges at reduced hourly or daily rates.  Or if you are sure you need more you can commit in advance and pay still lower rates.  It always includes remote proactive monitoring of your systems so that we keep an eye on your IT 24x7x365.
